🚤 From the meeting point, our personal tour guide will escort you directly to Labuan Bajo Port to board your private speedboat. The tour covers the main highlights of Komodo National Park and surrounding islands.

📍 After the tour, guests will be:

• Dropped off back at Labuan Bajo Airport (if flying the same day), or
• Returned to their hotel in Labuan Bajo

We recommend arriving in Labuan Bajo before 09.00 AM and booking return flights after 5.00 PM to ensure smooth logistics.

📤 Booking Terms

• Booking requires full payment upfront.
• Your booking is confirmed once the full payment is completed.
• The minimum quota for departure is 8 participants. Once the quota is reached, all guests will be notified.
• If the minimum quota is not met within 7 days prior to departure, the trip will be automatically canceled, and participants who have paid will receive a full refund.
• No cancellations are allowed by participants after confirmation, for any reason. This policy is to prevent last-minute cancellations that could cancel the trip and impact other guests.
• If a participant does not show up at the meeting point on time, or fails to provide hotel pickup information in Labuan Bajo at least 1 day before departure, they will be considered a no-show, and their ticket will be forfeited.
• All participants are required to submit a copy of their passport once the booking is confirmed, for Komodo National Park registration and sailing clearance manifest.
• Trip status and updates will be regularly published on this page, and participants will receive WhatsApp reminders when the quota is reached or trip canceled.
