1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or partial payment according to the product-specific terms displayed on our website.
  • Payment can be made through PayPal or other available methods listed on the website.
  • For bookings paid via PayPal, we strongly recommend using the “Send to Friends or Family” option to avoid transaction fees.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Refunds are subject to the terms specific to each tour product.
  • For PayPal payments:
    • All PayPal processing fees are non-refundable.
    • The refunded amount will be the total paid minus the PayPal transaction fee.
    • Customers can avoid these fees by using the “Send to Friends or Family” option when sending the payment.
  • We always aim to offer alternative solutions such as rescheduling when available.

3. Travel Documents

  • Customers are required to submit a copy of their passport for registration with the Komodo National Park and for clearance with the local harbor authority.
  • Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellation of services due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or mechanical issues.
  • In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be considered based on the circumstances and the policies of third-party service providers.

5. Liability

  • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, participation in any tour is at the customer’s own risk.
  • We shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused during the trip, except where required by law.
