1. Where does the Komodo tour start?

• Private Trip: We’ll pick you up directly from your hotel in Bali.
• Private Shared Trip: Meeting point at Komodo Airport or hotel pickup in Labuan Bajo.

2. Do you provide flight tickets from Bali to Labuan Bajo?

• Private Trip: Yes, round-trip flight tickets are included.
• Private Shared Trip: Flights are not included, but we can assist you in choosing the right schedule that fits your trip. You may book the tour first and arrange flights later.

3. Can solo travelers join this tour?

Yes! We offer a Private Shared Trip with a minimum of 8 participants. If you’re a solo traveler, you may:

• Reserve a seat and wait until the minimum quota is reached.
• Or book a Private Trip for one person — contact us for details and pricing.

4. What is the difference between Private Trip and Private Shared Trip?

• Private Trip: Full private speedboat charter for your group.
• Private Shared Trip: Join others on a limited-seat private speedboat (max 10 pax). Departs once quota is met.

5. What happens if the Private Shared Trip doesn’t reach the minimum quota?

You’ll get a full refund if the trip is canceled due to the minimum 8 pax quota not being reached. We’ll notify you 7 days prior to departure.

6. Is Komodo National Park entrance fee included?

Yes, all entrance fees to the park are included.

7. What should I bring for the tour?

• Passport or ID
• Comfortable clothes & swimwear
• Towel, sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses
• Waterproof bag and cash for personal expenses

8. Is the tour suitable for children or seniors?

Yes, but the tour includes boat rides, mild trekking, and optional snorkeling. Infants under 2 years are not recommended for safety reasons.

9. Can I reschedule my trip?

Yes, you can reschedule once, subject to availability, if done at least 7 days before departure or before tickets are issued.
